Our Team

Ronald S. Thompson

“During my twelve years as a Marine Corps officer, I was trained to be prepared and proactive, think outside the box, expect the unexpected, work in teams, and maintain a clear and comprehensive plan toward achieving the objective and accomplishing the mission. Unfortunately, in 1990 when I resigned my Marine Corps commission and began working in the civilian sector, I discovered that very few professionals, especially attorneys, approach legal and clients in that way. Lack of preparedness, proactivity and organization, often leads to big legal bills and less than acceptable results, which is why that approach is wholly unacceptable to us. Likewise, our philosophy is based on team effort and building long-term relationships. When a client retains us, we do not view that as a single transaction but rather the first step in a long term relationship of service built on trust and confidence we must earn every day. By doing things correctly, maintaining good communication, and always keeping the client’s best interest as the first priority, we maintain that client trust.”

Trevor A. Stewart

“I have the distinctive privilege of working for a firm that has a distinguished history of building client trust. I am now able to take that forward. I’m particularly passionate about helping those just starting out in business or with a family to set in place the right legal structure and protections. Based on this foundation, we can see our clients’ businesses and families grow and provide them the ongoing support they need. I know my wife, Katie, and I look forward to the possibilities of what we see in the future. I believe I can bring that same enthusiasm, as well as the tenacity of having been a three-time high school state champion and Division I scholarship college wrestler (Go Chips!), to each of my clients.”
